Craig and his team take extra care to make sure all of the small details are just perfect, so the job is always completed exactly as you want it.  He is also very creative when it comes to taking a different approach to a challenge or solving a problem.  His years of experience as a contractor give him a great scope and set of resources which he can draw upon.

This was a solo venture for me, so I needed an educator, competent builder, ethical businessman, and a collaborator all in one. Craig is all of these, plus a visionary, positive and optimistic person, and extremely responsible. He viewed the site as an opportunity rather than a difficult task and was able to honor my desire to blend the reality of the rocks and the sea with the possibilities of the spirit, healing and renewal.

Craig Cooper has built two homes for us over 21 years.  He is smart, reliable, imaginative, and thoroughly knows every aspect of home construction. He is realistic and doesn't make promises he can't keep. Building a home can be stressful, but working with someone like Craig made us look forward to those on site meetings, knowing that they would be productive, organized, on time and entertaining.
